WAYS TO WORK
For life at a threshold.
We begin with what's present: the reality you're walking through, the questions echoing in your system, and the work you're ready to step into.
ENTER →Before and after.
Life can feel different on either side of an experience.
BEGIN THERE →AUMWORK
Awareness-based prompt-driven exercises, custom crafted to expand mindful presence and subtle introspection between sessions.
Some things become clear in conversation.
Others wait until Tuesday morning.
The walk home.
The dishes.
The silence before you answer.
MICHAEL WEBSTER
I hold space for people stepping through life transitions, radical self-discovery, and expanded states of consciousness.
My way of working is shaped by integration training, deep contemplative practice, years holding medicine containers, and twenty-five years in hospitality learning the craft of truly seeing people.
I listen with presence, asking direct questions and paying attention to what moves beneath the words.
FOR HOSPITALITY PEOPLE.
Hospitality trains your attention outward—to the guest, the table, the chits, the flip, the room, the co-ordination of organized chaos.
I spent twenty-five years behind a bar. I know the pace, pressure, intimacy, humour, and the peculiar way this work seeps into your bones.
BARDOTENDER is a place to turn some of that attention toward yourself—to what you're carrying, what is emerging, and the flickering flame of whatever comes next.
Hospitality provided for me in more ways than one. In return, I reserve part of my practice at a reduced rate for people working in the industry.
